From its early beginnings, "Pharmachem" started working on establishing of its Service. With the development of "Pharmachem" and the sales of modern instruments, "Pharmachem Service" increasingly expanded in the number of experts - servicemen, as well as in working premises and necessary service equipment.
Service books, manuals and guidelines, and the knowledge gained during months of training, are the greatest asset of our Service.
Within "Pharmachem Service" exists a Calibration laboratory for measuring temperature, relative humidity and weight, that performs calibrations on various types of thermometers, moisture meters, climate chambers, dryers, balances, etc. The calibration laboratory is accredited in June 2009 by the Institute for Accreditation of the Republic of Macedonia.
"Pharmachem Service" continuously cares for clients through regular maintenance and servicing of instruments sold by "Pharmachem". Authorized servicemen provide constant operation of the instruments and promptly remove any problem within the two Departments of "Pharmachem Service":
