Project:  "Promoting a healthy lifestyle and love for nature - Following Zhana's footsteps"

Objective: Promote a healthy lifestyle and raise awareness about the importance of nature and the environment among the employees, as the realization of the human right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health as one of the UN's Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Activities: In the memory of our deceased colleague Snezhana Laks, which was active hiker for years, in her honor Pharmachem decided  to create a tradition of organizing hiking tours entitled "Following Zhana's footsteps". Besides recreational character, these hiking tours are also educational for employees through presentations of natural values ​​of protected areas, characteristics of biodiversity and geodiversity.

Results:

•  Raised awareness and increased interest among employees for a healthy lifestyle and "living in harmony with the  nature";
• Raised awareness among employees about the benefits of natural resources and the need for their preservation;
• Improved results in operations and increased profit for the company.
