Farmahem sees its success as something larger and not only related to the increase in profits.
Namely, having incorporated the principles of corporate social responsibility and sustainable governance, from the very beginning Farmahem sees its success in involving social community, environmental care, investing in employees, ethical code of conduct because they are all criteria without which the success and the performance of a company cannot be evaluated.


Every year we strive to take a step forward and introduce more good practices for our employees and often they come up with suggestions and initiatives themselves. Last year, management decided to provide additional private health insurance to all Farmahems' employees which are in the company for more than 6 months and launched an initiative to award the Worker of the Year Award, which has been awarded fro the first time in May 2019 with a goal for it to become a tradition. In addition, sport activities aimed at promoting healthy habits and healthy lifestyle are continuously supported by the management.


Our motive is to set an example to other SMEs in N.Macedonia that the concept of good corporate and responsible governance is a prerequisite for attracting investments characterized by competitively oriented companies and efficient financial markets, all with thethe objective of faster and sustainable growth and developing into a stable and successful society.


Good corporate governance is based on trust, honesty, transparency, hard work, ethics, self-initiative and we as a company value and promote these values.
Due to our continuing commitment to corporate social responsibility last year we received the prestigious "Leaders in Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs" award.


By caring for employees we want to achieve better performance, greater motivation, but also increased loyalty, team collaboration and employee satisfaction.
The ultimate goal is to build long-term relationships with employees based on mutual trust and a sense of belonging while keeping in mind the broader perspective and care for the others and the community.
