Project: "Transparent work of the management and involving employees in the decision making process in the company"
Objective: Providing transparent work of Pharmachem through full dissemination of information by management to employees through listening and respecting the opinions and needs of employees in the decision making process in the company.
Activities: During 2010, the following activities were implemented: more than 800 e-mails, about 24 Department meetings, 50 weekly meetings and an annual final presentation on the company's successes.
Results: Increased trust and motivation among the employees and increased company's transparency in relations towards employees and customers, and higher profit for the company.
