The Responsible Business Club of Konekt, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and Labour of the R.N. Macedonia, with the support of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), presented the “Leaders in Sustainable Development” awards on June 8th 2026, at the Club of Parliament Members, in the presence of more than 100 representatives from the business sector, public institutions and civil society organizations.
As part of the Business Sustainability Forum, the Gender-Responsive Family Policies Award for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises was presented to Farmahem.
This significant recognition confirms our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, equitable and supportive work environment. Through practices such as flexible working arrangements, equal opportunities for professional development and advancement, fair payment, employee well-being initiatives, and numerous other measures that go beyond legal requirements, we actively contribute to improving quality of life and promoting sustainable development.
