Project: "Workshop for white brined cheese"

Objective: To train Macedonian producers of dairy products, our present and future customers, how to improve the quality and to avoid shortages in white brined cheese, and thus to obtain a standardized product.

Activities: Organized 2 workshops (presentations, lectures, tasting, survey, media coverage of events, awarded certificates for participation).

Results:

• Increased number of customers and increased profit for the company;
• Increasing awareness of the quality and standard of Macedonian products, hygiene in industry, technological approach "know-how" and quality control.
